The Administrative Services Department is tasked to oversee the efficient delivery of materials and services needed by the
members of the school community and other stakeholders of the school. It also
recommends to the President and the Operations Council needed improvements in
the existing school facilities and building structures and the construction of
additional ones if needed. Formulation of certain policies and guidelines on
the procurement and use of resources and creating programs to improve school
workers skills as well as physical facilities and building maintenance may also
be initiated by the department. Lastly, the Department also works consistently in
creating ways to better facilitate and improve purchasing, warehousing and

The relationship between a school's activities which result in generating carbon dioxide equivalent emissions and its activities which offset the emissions is shown in the attached document. PCN has identified five major categories of sources of carbon dioxide emissions to be quantified for the first year of the implementation of the project, namely: 1. Energy, Lighting and Raw fuels; 2. Transportation; 3. Solid wastes; 4. Chillers; 5. Building Envelope.

Muntinlupa City Ordinance #10-109 is now in effect. The said ordinance prohibits business establishments from using plastic and styrofoam as packing materials. Everyone is encouraged to bring their own "bayong" or any reusable container when shopping.
