Campus Services Office

The office handles all concerns pertaining to health, safety and security. Under this office are five (5) units, namely:

  1. Medical/ Dental Unit- It provides both medical and dental services to the students, school employees and agency-hired personnel. As a protective approach to ensure a healthy community, the unit collaborates with other departments, school stakeholders, external agencies (e.g. Lifeline Ambulance Rescue, Inc, Philippine National Red Cross) in rpomoting health awareness, medical programs, regular annual physical examination and the provision of ambulance service.
  2. CafeteriaThe cafeteria is operated by a Concessionaire and sub-concessionaires. It provides balanced and nutritious meal and snack food to all its client that conforms to highest standard of health and safety at a reasonable price. To ensure that adherence to set policies of the school on nutrition is met, the Cafeteria Committee (participated by a multi-sectoral members of the institution), regularly convene to monitor food products, handling, services and its personnel. The employees and selected contracted service personnel of the school are given discounts by the concessionaire for the food bought from the Employees Lounge.   3. Campus Grounds and Maintenance - The upkeep and landscaping of the school grounds is the primary function of this office. It has a considerable number of maintenance personnel and gardeners who attend to the chores of maintaining the cleanliness of all buildings and facilities of the school as well as its grounds and immediate vicinity. Moreover, this office takes the lead in the implementation of the school’s Waste Segregation and Reduction Program that ensures a clean and green surroundings for all members of the school community and its visitors.
  4. Logistics and Communications - This sub-unit implements the established guidelines and procedures in regulating and monitoring the entry into the campus of student’s fetchers and vehicles. Likewise, the sub-unit is in-charge of documenting lost and found items and in safekeeping surrendered Lost and Found items. Correspondences from outside institutions or other parties are also handled in this unit.
  5. Transportation - This sub-unit’s primary function is to provide transportation services to the members of the institution upon request. As a significant support unit, this sub-unit is expected to ensure that the members of the school community who may need transportation service will be provided with available school transportation service. Moreover, the CSO – Transportation Unit formulates applicable transportation safety and security policies to ensure a safe, efficient and effective transportation services for every member of the institution. Included in these set of policies and procedures is an effective maintenance schedule of school vehicles to ensure that all school vehicles are in good working condition to safeguard the well being of its riders.
