DLSZ is committed to achieve the institutional goal of providing structures/programs/systems that will involve its stakeholders in environmental conservation efforts. Such strategic intent was reflected in the AVATARS under the set of capacity-building measures intended to highlight the school's collective actions to serve the society and the environment. Hence, recognizing the harmful effects of polystyrene materials, specifically styrofoam, to the environment and to humans and in keeping with the Lasallian Ministry Action Plan #7 (Stewardship of God's Creation), DLSZ is being declared a styro-free campus.
